2026 Pool Season Updates -
Carter Hill community pool will open for the 2026 season on Saturday, May 23rd.
The pool will remain open through Monday, September 7, 2026 for all Carter Hill Residents and Associate Members.

Associate Membership feels for 2026 -
Before 6/15 - $375/family or $325/individual
After 6/15 - $475/family or $425/individual

Community Amenities

Swimming Pool

Resort-style pool with separate children's area, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. A summer highlight is the annual pool party and potluck dinner. Carter Hill community pool will open for the 2026 season on Saturday, May 23rd! The pool will remain open through Monday, September 7, 2026 for all Carter Hill Residents and Associate Members.

Tennis Court

Public tennis courts adjacent to the pool are maintained by the City of Rockville.

Walking Trails

Walking dogs and jogging are a delight in a neighborhood with mature trees and beautiful landscaping.

Guest Parking

Each townhouse is assigned two parking places and guest parking spaces are conveniently located throughout the community.
