About Our Community
Welcome to the Carter Hill Homeowners Association, a self-managed community of 90 units - 55 townhouses and 35 manor houses. Our location offers outstanding convenience for commuting, top-ranked schools in Montgomery County, proximity to hospital and university campuses, and access to commercial venues. Our neighborhood is diverse and multicultural, respectful of individual differences, supportive of community interaction.
Homeowners participate in our governance. Our Board of Directors are volunteers of the Association, and elected by homeowners at annual membership meetings in February, The Board of Directors meet once a month; meetings are open to all members.

Community Amenities
Swimming Pool
A resort-style pool with separate children's area, the pool will remain open through Monday, September 7, 2026 for all Carter Hill Residents and Associate Members.
Tennis Court
Public tennis courts adjacent to the pool are maintained by the City of Rockville.
Walking Trails
Walking dogs and jogging are a delight in a neighborhood with mature trees and beautiful landscaping.
Guest Parking
Each townhouse is assigned two parking places and guest parking spaces are conveniently located throughout the community.
